Troop 701 - A Boy led Troop, Classically
Trained, with Today's Youth in Mind
Troop 701 was started in 1997 by current Scout Master Keith West.
Troop 701 camps one weekend per month year round.
We have summer camp every July, family Thanksgiving cabin campout every fall for the entire family & one long trip every year that is up to 8 hours away from Sunbury.
Troop 701 has earned the District Quality Unit Award and 100% Boys Life every year since 2001.
Troop 701 participates in many community activities including Christmas on the Square, recycling, parades, and Eagle Scout projects.
